What makes our Property Repair Surveys different?

To assist with a property repair survey, Wise Property Care have invested in the latest diagnostic technology available enabling photographic and graphical evidence of the problems afflicting a property.  In the preservation industry a surveyor's visual or photographic proof of damage from a property repair survey is useful for two reasons.  Firstly, damage is often hidden and a customer must take the word of the expert as to its extent; visual evidence balances the weight of knowledge more evenly in favour of the customer.  Secondary, the surveyor is able to be far more precise in his predictions about the extent and cost of works.  This reduces uncertainty, disruption and cost throughout a project.

Is there a Survey Fee?

Where there is a defect and Wise Property Care is commissioned to carry out the eradication works, there is no charge for the comprehensive specialist property repair survey.

Where there is no works to be carried out and the customer requires a report detailing the extent of the inspection and findings, a survey charge in the region of £125 will be applied to cover part of the subsidised survey costs.

This charge may be reviewed by the local Wise Property Care branch in accordance with the size and type of property of depth of investigation required.

We will be happily advise customers of the potential cost before going ahead with any survey.
